This is the real "reality" as our team crosses the borders of villages around the world to provide aid to the children who otherwise may never see what life could be.  Our team tackles challenges dealing with unsanitary conditions to 120 degree temperatures to risks of catching life threatening diseases, all for the sake of saving a child's life.
